OIC of New Britain’s Workforce Development division provides customizable workforce development services to individuals aged 18 to 24 years of age. In alignment with our mission, we provide our client’s with basic academic skills and provide them with the necessary vocational training to create a personalized career pathway. By developing working relationships with our community partners, we connect our clients and program graduates to ideal career opportunities.
