The STEM Next program is designed to expose youth to Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math related careers so they can begin to build a STEM talent pipeline. STEM Next will provide youth ages 14 to 18 years of age with an array of career explorations and job shadowing opportunities designed to foster STEM interest, identity, and mastery.
Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of New Britain is a non-profit (501(C)(3) nonprofit organization providing community services through federal, state and local funding sources. We are committed to helping those with barriers to self-sufficiency through our Young Adult Workforce Development initiatives as well as provide youth career awareness and readiness programming to middle and high school students.
